Students will be contacted by email to request evidence of their student status. Examples of evidence are a scan of the student ID card, letter or registration form from the course provider.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of your ticket up to an including 31st May will receive a a 50% refund less any bank or transfer charges
Cancellation of your ticket between 1st June 2022 and 15th July 2022 25% refund less any bank or transfer charges
Cancellation of your ticket after midnight 15th July 2022 onwards No refunds
Cancellations must be sent by email to [email protected] and will be confirmed by email once your cancellation is processed.
Changes in registration: An admin fee of £50 will be applied if a delegate decides not to cancel their registration but send someone else instead. Changes in registration must be emailed to [email protected]
