Consultation Day – Part 2

At our previous online Consultation Day we said we would set up a part 2 to enable discussions to continue.

Please join us on 17th August 7 – 9pm.

Please note any resolutions being written by members for the AGM will need to be submitted by 29th August so we hope your regional meetings and the subsequent CD can feed into wider discussions and any possible motions.

We will be holding pre-AGM discussions once resolutions have been submitted so there is an opportunity to ask questions to anyone submitting resolutions as there would be during a face to face AGM. More information about the AGM will be posted on our dedicated AGM page from Saturday 25th July along with the call for resolutions motions and nominations – this is 11 weeks prior to the AGM date, as per our bylaws.

CD part 2 – indicative agenda:

7.00pm – 8.00pm – Continue discussion re briefing paper by GD – please see our CD thread on the forum for further information and feedback from CD 1.

Gail to present followed by a Q & A

8.00pm – Comfort break

8.10pm – Feebdback from the regions

8.45pm – AGM – explanation of our online AGM process from the board

9.00pm – End.

This is open to 2 contacts per region plus a shadower and members of DIN.
