Thora is dedicated to compassion and a no-nonsense approach to your wellbeing and health.
This is a one day workshop with two key modules. The first module will be in the morning from 10am-1pm followed by an hour’s lunch. The second module will be in the afternoon from 2pm-5pm.
The two modules:
- Get in control of your Inner Critic and develop your Inner Coach
- Master self management, understand behaviours like perfectionism and skills like motivation and self-care (e.g with anxiety or stress)
