This session will discuss how Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) are essential in fostering environments where everyone, regardless of background, identity, or ability, feels valued and empowered.
Inclusivity ensures that spaces, policies, and practices actively accommodate diverse experiences, while allyship involves standing in solidarity with marginalised communities, advocating for their rights, and amplifying their voices.
True EDI work goes beyond surface-level diversity; it requires systemic change, ongoing reflection, and a commitment to dismantling barriers that hinder equitable participation.
There will be an opportunity to have a discussion and ask questions.
