Educational Interpreting Webinar

This webinar will be a personal insight into the field of educational interpreting.

It will include a brief look at compulsory education but will focus mainly on Further and Higher education.

It will include a history of support for deaf children and young adults in this domain, how support for deaf students is funded and will look at support at the University of Wolverhampton over the years and its still thriving Deaf student community.

It will discuss the skills required to work in the field as well as the advantages and challenges.

There will be opportunity for discussion and to ask questions.
