This workshop for BSL Interpreters will explore the current state of British Sign Language on the topic of mental health and how the language had changed over time. We will look at new signs enabling participants to understand how to talk about this topic sensitively.

Led by Hannah Whalley and Victor Nathan

This event will be conducted in BSL.

This is Session 1 of 2. Your ticket will entitle you to attend both sessions.

The second session will take place on Saturday 13 March 2021 from 09:30-1:00pm.

You will be emailed the relevant Zoom link in the week leading  up to each session.

Minimum Requirements: Qualified BSL Interpreter (RSLI). (This workshop is aimed at qualified BSL interpreters only and will count towards 6 structured continuing professional development points).
