As a result of the COVID19 pandemic\, these challenges have intensified. Adding to this\, are the new problems associated with working digitally. The outcome is the entire workforce has had to to adapt to a new method of delivery overnight\, and the pressures are felt in the body. Aches and strains accumulate and worsen over time\, impacting wellbeing. \nJennifer has created a workshop to rebalance the body in response to these pressures. We will be looking at physical toolkit which caters to all ages and abilities. The workshop will include a structured warm up/preparation\, rebalancing the body between sessions\, a few ideas to try whilst in a session\, and a warm down for at the end of the working day. There will also be the opportunity to ask questions. \nJennifer is a British/Bolivian theatre-maker\, movement director and actor with over 12 years professional practice. She trained at East 15 Acting School\, and has a BSc in Psychology from the University of Greenwich. She has worked with the D/deaf community on a number of productions (including for The Royal Exchange\, The Royal Court and Paines Plough/Tamasha/The Bush). \nShe is currently a Leverhulme Arts Scholar\, as an artist she is supported by The Lowry\, The egg\, and Oxford Playhouse. \nAs a performer\, Jennifer has has worked with the National Theatre\, NT Studio\, Battersea Arts Centre\, The Harold Pinter Theatre – West End\, Bath Theatre Royal\, Royal & Derngate\, Brighton Festival (Argus Angel Winner)\, The Lowry\, Derby Theatre\, and The Yard.
