On 22/10/2021, our Deaf Interpreter Network (DIN) alerted us to a BSL video, published by Public Health Wales, which seemed to be using an unregistered translator, and which was incomprehensible to viewers.
DIN, ASLI and NRCPD responded to this incident and offered advice and support to avoid similar situations in the future and to ensure appropriate quality standards are achieved. Please see our statements below
