On the other hand, receiving feedback - especially when it’s critical - can be a daunting experience that makes you feel exposed or defensive. About Glen:

Glen is a Sign Language Interpreter and also works as a Creative with one of the best known tech companies in the world. Prior to that, he spent over 30 years working in the public sector as a police officer and Senior Investigating Officer on Road Death Investigation. He retired in 2016. He has worked on deaf access projects including the creation of Police Link Officers for Deaf people, emergency and non-emergency SMS text services, initial contact and custody. In 2006, his work was recognised when Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II honoured him as a Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.
