Coworking for experienced practitioners.

This course is for interpreters who have significant experience in coworking. This is a refresher which also considers concepts which are rarely touched on in our field but which are pertinent to our practice.

This training will include:  making an informed choice about how best to co-work in a variety of situations; being more aware of our own preferred style of co-working and knowing how to express our requirements;  giving and receiving feedback and how to use a simple debriefing tool; competition vs. support dynamics and horizontal violence. There is no practice element to this training.
