Coworking for newer practitioners.

This course is for interpreters who have little or no experience in coworking. We will review common practice, suggesting alternative ways to work and invite participants to become familiar with their own preferences. We will cover different aspects of the coworking dynamic before and during an assignment and look at how to effectively debrief afterwards. We will touch on competition vs. support dynamics and horizontal violence. There is no practice element to this training.
