East Midlands Fuddle – Equality and Diversity – Racism

FreeAzaria Francis will be joining our Fuddle to talk about racism.
Azaria has worked with the Deaf community for 12 years, predominately working in health, community and education domains. For the past three and a half years, Azaria has worked at a VRS company as a video interpreter and has recently taken on the role of Equality & Diversity Champion.
This session will focus on race with some links to the interpreting profession. Azaria will briefly cover some race related terminology with some examples to hopefully show a different perspective to make you think.
