A little more info about the presentation:

The structure of this session will be a 2-hour presentation with 30 minutes at the end for Q&A.

Our Menstrual cycle is a necessary and vital part of being a healthy functioning female but one many of us could happily live without! Aside from the power to make babies (which is pretty impressive) our hormones affect everything from mood, sleep quality, brain function, energy, libido, skin health, immune function, bone health and more!

Thanks to being vastly overlooked by mainstream science (or should that read man-stream science!) women have been left to quietly cope with the delights that hormone fluctuations throw our way, across our lives. The struggle however is real, and science is finally recognising the vast impact our menstrual cycle has on the body and our health.

If you are one of the ever growing number of women who experiences hormonal issues, are struggling through menopause, or simply want to ready yourself as best as possible for when it happens, then this is for you.

During this 2-hour presentation Sophie Tully – Biomedical Scientist, Nutrition and Natural Health expert – who has struggled with and conquered hormonal dysfunction herself, will take you on a journey through hormonal health and provide you with the tools to understand and achieve hormonal harmony naturally.

You’ll discover:
– What your hormones are and their functions in the body
– How hormonal dysfunction directly impacts health, wellbeing and brain function
– How to identify which of your hormones is causing your issues
– The diet and lifestyle factors that contribute to hormonal imbalances and the steps to take to minimise this.
– Targeted nutritional approaches to balancing hormones
– Natural interventions that help further combat hormonal issues and ease the transition through menopause.
