“Interpreting: what’s normal now?” An Open Space event

19th February 2022 @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

£65.00 – £100.00

Open Space was inspired by a coffee break – so often the best part of a conference or meeting, the coffee break is when you meet people you want to meet and talk about things that you have a passion for. In an Open Space this concept stretches throughout the whole day.

Open Space brings together people to discuss topics on a theme, in this case, interpreting. The agenda is spontaneously created by the people in the room, therefore the issues that are most important to the people attending will be included in the day.

This has been run three times in the South West region; our most recent being almost 2 years ago, just before the first national lockdown.

Feedback includes: “genius format”, “still talking to my colleagues about it” and “needs to be a national event”.

Come and enjoy bottomless refreshments, a delicious lunch and time to talk about what you want to talk about!

Facilitated by Anna Francis and Kirsten McCarthy.

This event will be fully accessible.

Please let us know if you have specific dietary requirements.

Open to all regions.
