Online Workshop: Interpreting Overtly Sexual Content

This workshop will focus on strategies when the source message is overtly sexual content. The emphasis will be working from English into BSL and how to avoid taking the content onto the body. We will consider the difference between embodiment and role-shift.
Please note this workshop will use material containing extreme sexual content. All of the content will be sex-positive with no material containing depictions of harm or violence. There will be NO expectation to share personal attitudes to sex and sexuality however the workshop may provoke private reflection as we discuss and work with the materials.
