Presented by Daniel Roberts in spoken English, BSL Interpreters will be provided.
This session will provide an opportunity to find out more about RSI, the upper body, and the possible effect our job can have on our bodies. We will take some time to think holistically about our work, our life, and the relationship between the two. There will be an opportunity to think about preventative steps, where we can go for support, and ask questions. (Please be prepared to have your video cameras on.)
Pre session task: please keep a diary of everything you do with your arms over the course of a week.
