West Midlands Region – Breaking Bad News – Mike Tyler

The Breaking Bad News training is designed to help interpreters gain an understanding of the protocols used by Health Care Professionals when breaking bad news.

During the course interpreters will be supported to develop strategies for interpreting in these settings, and to identify methods for dealing with the emotional and cognitive impacts of working in this unique domain.

The course is interactive, worth 3 CPD points, lasts for 3 hours, and will be delivered via Zoom.
