This session will cover muscular skeletal health, and how as interpreters this can be overlooked. The session will be led by Olivia, who has first-hand experience of the difficulties we can face when we don’t look after our physical health. There will be a presentation and discussions, which will give ideas and tips of how we can avoid/reduce the risk of strains and sprains.
