An event such as this will involve descriptions and possible discussion of traumatic situations such as abuse, injury, death. Throughout the day we will pause to do brief breathing and mindfulness exercises for general resilience. In case you find any aspect of course personally challenging please think about how you might plan for your care in advance: having a nominated friend or colleague available if you need to talk; minimal childcare or driving responsibilities after wards etc.
I generally prefer everyone to have their cameras on during my sessions so that I can be picking up feedback and encourage sharing of ideas. Please feel free to turn off your cameras if you need a bit of privacy, but turn them back on as and when you can.
