David will provide us with an opportunity for some deeper thinking into the decisions we have to make in our work. With many examples of decisions that are right, but unkind. Or perhaps decisions that are logical but not nice. Maybe we sometimes feel we have to follow a rule, but we would prefer not to? The workshop will provide a safe space to talk openly and honestly about these things together. Participants will leave with more to think about!
