Liz began her interpreting journey in 2001 as a Communication Support Worker, moved into an in-house role by 2004, and went freelance full-time in 2006. After a joyful detour raising two brilliant kids, she qualified in 2011. She now specialises in conferences & events, and Access to Work support across diverse professional settings.
Hayley began studying BSL in 2003 while working with a supportive deaf team, later moving from CSW roles into freelance interpreting. She qualified in 2020 via the NVQ route and recently completed a Master’s in Interpreting at the University of Wolverhampton with a final research project on Political Interpreting.
