The webinar audience is self-employed Deaf interpreters and translators who need to understand the changes to the UK taxsystem.
What This Webinar Is About?
The UK government is changing how self-employed people report their tax. Currently, freelancers fill in one tax return peryear, covering the previous 12 months. Under the new system, called Making Tax Digital for Income Tax Self-Assessment (shortened to MTD for ITSA or just MTD), freelancers must keep digital records using approved software and send summaries to the tax office four times a year instead of once.
Noel will explain Making Tax Digital (MTD) and why it isimportant using his PowerPoint slides: 1 hour.
