Shadowing Opportunity: Board member for Training 

Due to time constraints, our current board member for training  is looking to stand down at the 2025 AGM. In anticipation of this, we would like to offer an opportunity to members who may be interested in the role to shadow in advance of the AGM. 

This is an opportunity for a member who is considering standing for election to the board and who has a keen interest and experience in all things training and CPD. Shadowing until the AGM means that you don't have voting rights on the board and still need to be voted into position at the AGM, but it gives you the opportunity to get to grips with what the role entails and start to influence the direction of our training offering to members. You would be working with our current board members and supporting our Training Coordinator.
