There is an FAQ section on the conference page which should hopefully answer all your questions – along with the full conference programme which contains access information, abstracts and information about our sponsors.

After purchasing your conference ticket (between 1-2 working days) you will be able to book onto the Refresh and Reset strands and will receive a notification email. The Refresh and Reset strands are visible for everyone to browse, but only confirmed conference ticket purchasers will be able to book themselves onto the sessions and workshops.

Please be aware with the new website we have a new and complex ticketing system. These means we can avoid using third party platforms that charge you booking fees – but it is a new system so please be patient with our admin and office team. They are working hard to bring you a brilliant conference.
