The AGM is on Saturday 7th November. Members can engage in motions and board nominations before the AGM.

From 7th-26th September, members can:

The morning part of the AGM will allow time to discuss motions before the voting closes at 12pm on 7th November.

Motions

Members are able to propose changes to ASLI's Bylaws and/or Articles through submitting motions.


A change to the bylaws (which explain how ASLI operates and runs day to day) is called an ordinary resolution. You can read the current bylaws here.


A change to the Articles (which explain the legal structure and governance) is called a special resolution. You can read the current articles here.

The Fellowship of the Association of Sign Language Interpreters is awarded to members who have shown valuable and extraordinary commitment to the Association or the profession.

We are excited to introduce the new FASLI panel, they are responsible for reviewing all nominations and deciding this years' FASLI member.
